Villa H-1 is located at Luna Encantada, a one of a kind development offering a new level of luxury on the oceanfront of Playa del Carmen. Imagine stepping out and walking through this beautiful garden courtyard less than 100 steps to the soft sandy beach at Playa or less than one block away from Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue), a pedestrian only bazaar filled with shops, galleries, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Plaza Pasoe at the south end of the avenue offers several new high-end shops and restaurants, including Johnny Rockets Cafe, Carlos & Charlie's and Senor Frogs. Playa del Carmen is also home to large, modern grocery stores - Wal Mart, Mega Mart, Sams Club and Chedraui - great places to pick up supplies for the condo fridge. This once small fishing village has become the most favorable destination in the Riviera Maya.

"Loved the stay!! The view from the patio every day was breathtaking. Could have just sat on the patio daily and never moved. Being so close to the beach, no need to have to take anything except yourself, to the water. Everything you would ever need, was right at your finger tips inside the condo. Restaurants very close and easy to get to. Carboncitos a great place for breakfast, they have great coffee, and the food is above average and inexpensive. Get to 5th Ave, go left two blocks and is just north of Haagen-daz ice cream on 4th street. Dinner, the absolute best tasting food came from Babes Noodles. Inexpensive, and the best smoothies in town. Food there had flavor and captured the best of the area in taste. Other restaurants were ok, but were just food in the manner of speaking, and expensive. Super wall mart very close, within walking distance, 20 min walk, can get a taxi to bring all the goodies home!! Where the condo is, you have access to everything in the area. We will plan another trip here as soon as we can, a very wonderful place to be and get away from everything. Staff at condo exceptional, and helpful. This was our fourth trip to the area, and the best place we have stayed at yet. Thank you Steve ))."
