"Arrival information was very detailed and helpful. Communication was excellent, never waited long for an answer. Unit was bright, clean and very roomy. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning while having coffee. Great location, close to all the action but very quiet as well. Pool was sparkling clean and grounds were well maintained. Our local contact, Edith came by a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly and was very helpful about surrounding area (groceries, etc). Edith even arranged our taxi back to the airport on departure day. I would return if I'm ever back in Playa Del Carmen."
