"Paradise in Playa This unit is a fabulous place to stay in Playa! The condo development is directly on the beach and is just steps to 5th Avenue. This unit has a great set-up for 4 friends or 2 couples. It has everything you need for a great stay. We REALLY enjoyed the outdoor lounge set that included a couch and two chairs. I have stayed in many units here, and some owners just haven't grasped how important a clean, updated and comfortable outdoor seating area is. (I see many units that still have rundown, uncomfortable sets from 5 to 10 years ago!) This unit is well appointed, nicely updated and the location shelters it from any noise from adjacent properties. The owner was great to deal with, but most important is his fabulous on-site manager, Edith, who is just the BEST! She is attentive, available and is a wealth of knowledge regarding the unit, the development, and Playa overall. You can't go wrong renting H1!! "
